Grab your mat or towel and leave the noise of the world behind. Enter into a space filled with soothing aromatherapy and the serene sounds of singing bowls and more. This peaceful event is a chance to check in with yourself, recenter, and re-focus. Attendees will be gently guided through an hour-long meditative sensory experience.
