REIKI 1ST Degree

Reiki is a beautiful healing system that was discovered in Japan by Mikao Usui-Sensei who was also a Buddhist Monk. You will learn the history of Reiki and how to use it. It is a fantastic foundational healing method and can easily be combined with other healing methods and modalities. You do not have to be a practicing healer to use it daily.

Some information and techniques covered in this workshop are:

· The history of Reiki, what it is, how it works
· An introduction to Mikao Usui
· The Reiki principles and how to apply them to your life
· How Reiki affects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies
· An introduction to the chakras and aura
· The hand positions for self-healing
· The hand positions to use on others
· The 1st Degree attunement

For the 1st Degree of Reiki you will learn how to use this on yourself, others, pets and situations. You will receive an attunement which is an initiation to open up the already existing energetic pathways in you to be able to receive and give this energy. Things in your life will likely start shifting upon receiving this attunement and information. You will also learn certain meditation techniques to open up your intuition and facilitate Reiki healings.
